Partner Program

Partner economics

Clients choose a software plan with an included monthly usage credit and Luca AI allowance. Usage beyond that credit bills at the published rate card. Partners earn through client introductions, firm recruitment, and the services they deliver, each on its own track.

Track A — Client referral share

10% of referred client Net Platform Fees

When you introduce a business that goes live on TripleBooks, you earn a share of that client's Net Platform Fees for the first year — plan fees plus overage and usage charges.

  • 10% of the client's Net Platform Fees (software plan fees + overage / usage charges)
  • 12 months from the client's go-live date
  • Paid quarterly in cash (ACH), or applied as usage credit to your tenant if you prefer
  • In addition to whatever you charge for implementation or ongoing support

Track B — Partner recruitment

$50 when a firm you refer joins the program

Recruit another accounting firm or implementer into the partner program. When they complete onboarding, your firm receives usage credit on its tenant.

  • $50 in usage credit added to your firm's tenant balance
  • One grant per referred firm that completes partner onboarding
  • Share your referral code from the practice dashboard
  • Credit applies toward your firm's plan usage and overages

Track C — Services margin

You keep 100% of your service fees

Implementation, cutover, training, and ongoing retainers are priced and invoiced by you. TripleBooks bills each tenant's software plan and usage separately.

  • Discovery, go-live, and managed services revenue stays with your firm
  • Each client owns their tenant, data, and platform billing
  • You choose consolidated firm billing or client-direct tenant billing per entity
  • Optional partner pricing at volume — discussed after pilot go-lives

Platform billing

Every tenant, yours and each client's, chooses a software plan (Core, Growth, or Enterprise). Plans include hosting and a monthly usage credit with a defined Luca AI allowance. Usage beyond the included credit bills at the rate card published on /pricing.

Example — Track A

A client you introduced is on Growth ($149/mo) and pays $51/mo in overage for six months — $200/mo in Net Platform Fees. You earn $20 per month ($120 total within the 12-month referral window), paid quarterly in cash — on top of your implementation and retainer fees.
